Today's card was inspired by The Stamper's Sampler Take Ten June/July/August 2013 issue. On page 67, a technique, "Perfectly Painted," is discussed. I thought it was an interesting way to add a little dimension without adding bulk. I used a fuschia acrylic craft paint and I believe the sentiment is by Heidi Swapp. The paper is scrap that I had.
