Awhile ago my friend, Sharon, asked me to make a mini album for her to give to her mother. I told her to give me her pictures and I would make the album using her pictures as inspiration. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift. I'm still waiting on the pictures. So, I decided to take a new approach - make the album and let Sharon put the pictures in the album. Here's the album. It is a "Birdhouse Mini Album," Laura Denison designed it. You can get the pattern here, Follow the Paper Trail with Laura.
Sharon's mother loves to work in her flower garden (and they have a flat in Paris, France). So I thought she would like this birdhouse with toile paper. Where's the album? Lift the roof and the album slides out of the top of the house.
Paper: Mostly Recollections printed cardstock (and assorted papers I had on hand)
Misc: 7 Gypsies flowers, Tim Holtz Box Feet, Bird and Butterfly from Michael's, Prima Bling
Having received one of your amazing albums Monica I am certain that the detail and design on this one IRL will be just as fantastic as mine. I love your birdhouse idea. Very inspiring.
